1. Start With the Problem You Solve Don’t lead with your resume — lead with the pain point you eliminate.

?? “I advise early-stage founders on how to avoid hiring their first 5 employees wrong.”
?? “I step into organizations during inflection points — new funding, new leadership, or new growth goals — and stabilize the team, the process, and the strategy.”
2. Name Your Superpower What do people consistently call you for?
Put it in bold. You’re not everything. You’re that thing.
3. Show Proof — Without Needing a Deck Keep it tight. Use a “mini-case study” format: “I joined a Series A startup with 3 weeks of cash left and no GTM plan. In 60 days, we restructured the sales team, launched a pilot, and closed their first $250K customer.”
4. Make Your Offer Simple What are the 1–2 ways they can engage with you?
You don’t need a full site or fancy brand. You need clarity and confidence.
