“Eric presented to 245 of our engineers on "How to Ask Better Questions, Get Better Answers, and Interview Any Customer Like a Pro." The session was one of our most attended Tech Talks of 2022 and folk stayed a half hour after the posted close time, asking questions. Eric provided actionable advice, reflecting his practical experience in discovering customer needs in an unbiased manner. We are also using him to help guide customer research on a key future product and feel he is helping us reduce our time to market and increase the likelihood of the 1.0 version being a success.”
